The Shaman 17 cuvée refers to the year 2017. It is a Grand Cru champagne from the Montagne de Reims in Ambonnay.

Shaman 17 is dominated by Pinot Noir (80%) from Ambonnay which brings power and body to the champagne, and a touch of Chardonnays which balance the wine with their finesse (20%).

The dress is golden and the bubbles are delicate.
Its nose evokes citrus fruits, but also minerality.
The palate is full-bodied, fresh and delicious. The finish is persistent and salivating.
