Mhoba Franky's Pineapple | South African Rum

A mix of two different Pot Stilled White Rums, carefully and separately "infused" with fresh, ripe Queen Pineapples that are raw and seared. This gives only a small batch, pot stilled, single estate pineapple "infused" rum.

Nose: Full of sweet pineapple, young wood, grilled pineapple, caramel and a hint of smoke. A hint of sugar cane - with the sweetness almost like a rhum arrangé!

Mouth: It is not as sweet as the nose suggests. The influence of the young wood first appears on the palate and then develops into grilled pineapple. A light but sweet pineapple taste on the palate with a hint of charred fruit. The relatively short finish brings more pineapple with a drizzle of fresh cream
