Very aromatic with a hint of minerality on the palate and a lively acidity. A long and refreshing finish. Serve as an aperitif (on its own or with a variety of cheeses); with spicy hot dishes – where the sweetness of the wine will mellow the tangy spice; or, savor it with a wide variety of desserts.
