From Douglas Laing comes this wonderfully sherried Highlander, distilled at Glenturret. It spent its entire ageing in a single sherry puncheon, until when it was bottled after 15 years of maturation.

Tasting Notes

Tasting Notes:

NOSE:
Decadently sweet, with crème brûlée, Highland toffee and chocolate fudge.

TASTE:
Chocolate custard and raisin, followed by banana bread and vanilla buttercream icing alongside homemade strawberry jam.

FINISH:
Candied walnut alongside syrup sponge and toasted fruitcake.
