Philippe Pacalet Pommard is a natural single-variety Pinot Noir red wine made by Philippe Pacalet under the A.O. C. Pommard, in Burgundy, France. The grapes used to make Philippe Pacalet Pommard come from vineyards with an average age of 45 years old, south-facing and in a warm and sunny climate. The soils are mostly comprised of clays, limestone and pebbles and the team works under the principles of biodynamic agriculture in the vineyard.
