Serral del Vell is a Corpinnat Brut Nature long-aging wine made with the Mediterranean varieties Xarel·lo and Macabeu and cultivated according to the principles of certified organic, biodynamic agriculture.

Pale yellow with fine bubble.

NOSE:
Subtle, elegant and complex. Ripe fruit, peach, grapefruit, apples and baked in small touches dried flower. Fund of vanilla and brioche.

TASTE:
Full of energy, balance and fullness, where the aroma of confit of fruits melts with more mature citric hints. The height of sobriety and elegance.
