Harvest by hand. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Beautiful and dense intense cherry red color with violet hues. On the nose it is very complex and persistent, highlighting the ripeness of the grape with aromas of black fruit (blueberries and plums), toasted notes, coffee, mineral background (peat and charcoal), spices (some vanilla and pepper), red caramel, aromatic woods and herbs (thyme and sandalwood), liquorice. On the palate it is broad, powerful, with volume, soft, but with perfectly integrated tannins. Sensations of fresh fruit and compote, cocoa, menthol, aromatic herbs. Wide and persistent.
