DESCRIPTION

El Septimo Sentido Tempranillo is a monovarietal wine, Tempranillo. The vineyards from which this grape comes are located in the highest areas of the geographical area known as IGP Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla (Castilla la Mancha).

In this space the climate is continental with Mediterranean influence, with extreme temperatures in summer and winter. Rainfall is scarce compared to many hours of sunshine. This favors very long fruit maturation periods. After harvesting the grapes, fermentation occurs at 28ºC. After two weeks of maceration, the obtained musts are deposited in French and American oak barrels, where they will spend a period of 3 months.

Tasting Notes:

Seventh Sense Tempranillo is a wine that shows violet tones to the eye. On the nose, its youth is evident before the fruity aromas. Red fruits and licorice complemented with some roasted notes. In the mouth we find a pleasant wine, with a sweet entrance. The acidity is well adjusted. Ripe fruit with a pleasant and long aftertaste.
