Composition and Maturation:
Batch #5 is a harmonious blend of nine casks, comprising five sherry butts and four bourbon barrels. This particular batch stands out due to its higher proportion of sherry casks, contributing to its depth and complexity. The selected casks were married together for three months in Tun 1401 before bottling at a cask strength of 50.1% ABV.

A lingering interplay of citrus flavors, notably grapefruit and blood orange, intertwined with sea salt, Brazil nuts, and enduring kiln smoke.
