DESCRIPTION

A warm and dry summer has created a rich and voluptuous dry white. Traditional to Turkey Flat style the Marsanne was picked early and pressed lightly. The Viognier was handpicked, chilled, crushed and saw 48 hours on skins and then pressed lightly. The Roussanne was a little riper when handpicked and subsequently whole bunch pressed.

Tasting Notes:

This dry white is medium to full-bodied with floral and citrus fruit aromas. On the palate, notes of lemon and hints of banana and smoke precede a medium length finish.
