DESCRIPTION

The Cuvée EGO Brut Dosaggio Zero of Villa Marcello is produced with Glera and Chardonnay grapes from the "La Canaletta" vineyard owned by Villa Marcello.

The grapes are harvested in the first ten days of September. The vinification involves fermentation with cryomaceration at 5° C and a second fermentation according to the Italian method. The wine ages for 4 months on selected yeasts.

The Cuvée EGO Brut Dosaggio Zero by Villa Marcello has a brilliant straw yellow colour. The perlage is fine and persistent. The nose is fruity, with notes of yellow apple, peach and pear. On the palate it is harmonious, full, with a dry and savory finish.
