Appleton Estate - 1999 - 21 Year Old / Hearts Collection | Jamaican Rum

The Hearts Collection owes its name to three reasons:
- It is composed of rum obtained from 100% pot still distillation which by cutting the heads and tails keeps only the heart of the distillate.
- Appleton Estate rums are born in the heart of Jamaica.
- The heart is the symbol that Joy Spence drew on the champion she left to Luca after meeting him in Jamaica and the heart is also the emblem of the passion shared by Joy Spence and Luca Gargano. And it is from their meeting that this range took shape and became a reality.

A fantastically well aged Jamaica Rum produced by Appleton Estate and bottled in collaboration with Italian distributors, Velier.
A 100% pot still rum, this was distilled in 1999 and bottled 21 tropical years later from casks.
