Bellevoye Blanc begins its journey as a carefully crafted blend of single malt and grain whiskies, each selected for their unique characteristics. The whisky then undergoes a distinctive Sauternes Finishing process, where it is matured in casks previously used to age Sauternes wine, a sweet and noble French dessert wine. This finishing touch imparts a rich complexity and a subtle sweetness to the whisky, creating a truly distinctive profile.
