The whisky then undergoes a transformational Vieille Prune Finishing process, where it is aged in casks that previously held Vieille Prune, a traditional French plum brandy known for its rich and fruity character. This finishing touch imparts a unique depth and complexity to the whisky, creating a sensory experience that reflects the essence of French craftsmanship.
