Wine made from grapes grown without synthetic pesticides, fertilizers and herbicides in the vineyard. Les Seuvrées is in the southern tier of Gevrey beneath the Grand Cru Mazoyères Chambertin. This wine is more sturdy yet shows classic Gevrey meatiness. The vines are old: planted between 1938 and 1966.
