NOSE:
For the entry into the world of Recaredo sparkling wines, the nose already delivers great facet. Ripe yellow fruits like khaki, apricot and mirabelle. Lemon juice, grapefruit and orange peel join in. A hint of sea spray and oyster shell spreads in the glass. Dried herbs like tarragon and laurel slowly build up. Orange blossom and jasmine tea float quietly in the background.

TASTE:
The quality of Recaredo's 2018 Relat comes through on the nose. As a Brut Nature, it is seductively dry, so that the minerality clearly emerges. Puristic and linear. Above all, the maritime and citrus aromas show themselves clearly again. The mousseux appears on the palate, but always remains restrained. The carbonic acid counteracts this dominantly and leads sip for sip unerringly to a long finish. Sparse, slender and enormously marked by chalk and limestone.
